Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Applicability conditions

1.1 These conditions apply to all Unimog specialist agreements
1.2 Deviating provisions are only binding if they have been agreed in writing.

Article 2 - Definitions

In these conditions:

2.1. Copper:
the natural or legal person who purchases parts through the website.

2.2. Distance contract:
an agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling of products and / or services.

2.3. Technology for remote communication:
means that can be used for concluding an agreement, without the consumer and trader being in the same place at the same time.

2.4. Cooling-off period:
the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal.

2.5. Right of withdrawal:
the possibility for the buyer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

2.6. Day: calendar day.

2.7. Durable data carrier:
any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information that is addressed to him personally in a way that makes future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information possible.

Article 3 - Liability

3.1 Unimogspecialist can never be held liable for any form of consequential damage by purchasing parts via the website. This is also not possible after receiving feedback, or advice regarding implementation, products and applications.

Article 4 - The offer

4.1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered parts. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a good assessment of the offer by the buyer. If the Unimog specialist uses images, these are a true reflection of the offered components. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the Unimog specialist.

4.2. All prices of the offered components are stated in euros and are per item, unless stated otherwise. Seller expressly reserves the right to change prices.

4.2. Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the buyer what the rights and obligations are attached to the acceptance of the offer. This concerns in particular:

know the condition of the part 'New' or 'Used';
the price including taxes;
the possible costs of delivery;
the method of payment, delivery or execution of the agreement;

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal upon delivery of parts

5.1. When purchasing parts, the buyer has the option of the agreement without
to dissolve reasons for at least fourteen days with the exception of electronic parts. This period commences on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the buyer.

Note: Incorrect assembly of parts can result in damage which can not be checked by Unimogspecialist after return for this reason, these are excluded from the possibility of returning.

5.2. During this period the buyer will handle the part and packaging carefully. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent that this is necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the item. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will supply the parts with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Unimogspecialist. return, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Unimogspecialist.

5.3. On return shipments 10% administration costs apply on the total amount of the order with a minimum of € 7.00 including VAT. The administration costs will be borne by the buyer.

5.4. Unimogspecialist will return the total amount of the order minus the administration costs as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after the return or cancellation, to the account number of the buyer after returning the parts.

Article 6 - Delivery and Order

6.1. The place of delivery is the address that the buyer has made known to Unimogspecialist (no post office box)

6.2. If delivery of an ordered item proves to be impossible, Unimogspecialist will refund the amount already paid by the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days, to the buyer's account.

6.3. The ordered parts are shipped by the seller within 5 working days after receipt of payment.

6.4. The costs of shipping are the amounts for the buyer;

Article 7 - Payment

7.1. Parts are only shipped after payment via Ideal, transfer or paypal, unless otherwise agreed
